As well as her consulting work, Dr Nuala Dent teaches management at Swinburne University and on the Master of Leadership and Management with the National Institute of Organisation Dynamics (NIODA).
Nuala has a PhD and Masters in Organisation Dynamics, and regularly presents and publishes her work. Her particular interest is in the impact of technology on leadership, management and group dynamics, particularly in relation to distributed teams and multi-party arrangements. This was the subject of her PhD for which she received the La Trobe University Nancy Millis Medal for the outstanding quality of her thesis.
